Executive Administrator

We are looking for an Executive Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s Directors and Team Leads.
Executive Administrator’s responsibilities include financial management, and operational task completion, contract support, managing calendars, expense and billing management. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing excellent support and Leadership.
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Support & General Administration:
- Manage the flow of information between stakeholders and clients in a timely manner.
- Manage a calendar of appointments and coordination of meetings, minutes and post meeting follow up.
- Composing and preparing correspondence.
- Internal Staff communication.
- Travel Planning.
- Proposal Management.
- Personal Tasks for Director(s).
- Collection and Delivery of sensitive documents.
- Understanding the operational functions of the business, ability to communicate business value and capabilities for screening and scheduling purposes.
Finance
- Manages all financial tasks - payables and receivables, collections and deposits, estimate Management & Invoice Execution.
- Expenses and income reports, basic financial forecasting.
- Payroll management and execution for local and foreign Staff members.
Human Resource
- Interview scheduling.
- Contract Management.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in providing senior and executive level administrative support.
- Project Management skills are a plus.
