Customers were prompted to purchase Coca-Cola, Sprite, Schweppes, Frutee, or Dasani Flavoured Water products and enter a unique code found inside every white cap via WhatsApp. Harnessing the power of the latest chatbot technology, cloud software, and API integrations, our system seamlessly handled code entries and seamless customer data capture.
The campaign efficiently handled 3 million codes through the platform, receiving 31,000 valid entries. Out of these, 1,000 lucky participants claimed prizes, marking the campaign a resounding success and demonstrating effective audience engagement and prize distribution.
