Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in alignment with company objectives.
Lead and manage a team to achieve growth goals while fostering a client-focused, high-performance culture.
Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and craft tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Partner with the marketing, media, creative and technology teams to align initiatives and create impactful campaigns that support client growth.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and reports that effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure continuous improvement in client engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee the development and management of a robust client pipeline to ensure consistent and predictable business growth.
Represent the company at industry events, building relationships and positioning the brand as a leader in the market.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience focusing on client growth, business development, or similar functions within digital advertising or technology solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a deep understanding of client relationship management.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and client success.
Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools.
Experience collaborating across departments to achieve strategic goals.
