Business Analyst

Trinidad & Tobago

Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, specify and validate requirements of clients.
Transform business needs into a document i.e. Proposal, Scope Document, User stories in a clear manner that is comprehensible to client/project team.
Map business processes and user journey through wireframe.
Contribute to Functionality Testing and User Acceptance Testing of the solutions.
Manage assigned tasks to ensure on time delivery.
Work closely with the project team on requirements walkthroughs.
Incorporate changes and enhancements of the requirements to the documents.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent professional qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related IT field.
PSM (Professional Scrum Master) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification is an added advantage.
Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience working in a collaborative environment.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
